Kids Energy Conservation Video

1. I think the target audience for this clip would be children.
2.I think it is trying to tell us that CFL bulbs are much better than incandescent bulbs, and it's time for us to make a change in terms of energy usage and what bulbs should be used.
3. Yes, I find it quite effective as it manages to get the target audience, the kids to interact and do something meaningful, even telling the kids that they can be winners so that the kids will be compelled to make a difference.
4.It could be further improved by telling the audience how much better and beautiful world our world would become were they to change to CFL bulbs.
